Sheila Russell, LISW, CADC, is a seasoned therapist and dynamic speaker with a diverse background in children’s mental health, family services, and residential substance abuse treatment. In 2019, she founded Front Line Therapy in West Des Moines, IA, when she joined EMDR & Beyond, LLC. Sheila is a Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, specializing in trauma treatment for first responders, military personnel, and individuals facing domestic violence, as well as gambling and substance use disorders.
Highly sought after for her expertise, Sheila raises awareness about the mental health impacts on community heroes and their families.
