Based in South Bend, Indiana, Crystal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialization in PTSD and EMDR therapy. Her professional background includes significant experience in domestic violence and community mental health. Since opening her private practice in 2008, Crystal has committed to advancing EMDR education; she is an Approved Consultant and Trainer in EMDR, dedicating half of her professional time to teaching EMDR Therapy and providing consultations. 
In 2017, she developed a two-day advanced EMDR training on EMDR Toolbox with permission from Jim Knipe when he retired. In 2023, she achieved certification as an IFS Certified Therapist. Crystal now incorporates IFS Informed EMDR into her teaching repertoire while continuing to manage a select private practice in South Bend.
