Your CE certificate is issued automatically once you complete every lesson, and the quiz for on-demand courses. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder, then email us.
Request an accommodation as early as possible, preferably at least two weeks before the program. Requests are handled confidentially.
Send complaints in writing to Kenya Rocha, MS, LMHC, NCC, CE Program Administrator, at info@emdrandbeyond.com. We acknowledge complaints within five business days whenever possible.
