When you register for a course or create an account, we collect: your name, email address, professional license type and number, and payment information. For certain courses, we may collect your NPI number for licensure verification purposes. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, session duration, referral source) through Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process course enrollments and payments; deliver course access and materials; issue CE certificates upon completion; maintain attendance and completion records required by EMDRIA (Provider #15007) and the American Psychological Association; send course-related communications and, with your consent, marketing updates about future programs.
Third Parties
We use GoHighLevel (GoHighLevel.com) as our CRM and communication platform. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor. Course completion data required for CE credit issuance is reported to EMDRIA and the APA as required by accreditation standards. We do not sell your personal information.
Email and SMS Communications
By registering for a course, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your enrollment. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option in every message. If you opt into SMS communications, standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out.
CE Records
We retain course completion records, attendance logs, and CE certificate records for a minimum of seven years to support EMDRIA and APA audit requirements. These records may be shared with EMDRIA or the APA upon audit request.
