Global Child EMDR Alliance
Amy Terrell, LMHC, EMDR & Beyond Clinical Director and Agate Facilitator, is an active part of the Global Child EMDR Alliance developed by Ana Gomez, MS. She is chair of the Clinicians Task Force and the Social Media group.
The Global Child EMDR Alliance initiative is a service set up to provide free resources from leading EMDR Trainers to address the EMDR community's needs during the pandemic. The Alliance meets weekly to collaborate, offering a series of free webinars. The first focused on telehealth and next free webinar is The Corona Times: Navigating the Challenges and Building Bridges with our Teenage Clients with registration open through this link. Information and resources can be found on the group's Facebook page (website coming) and clinicians are invited to join the group.
Alliance members have authored several free downloadable storybooks for children and songs, including Beating the Virus audio/video by Linda McGuire Counseling; The Corona Virus and Me a storybook by Ana Gomez; and Dr. Jarero's Self Care Video for Frontline Workers.
