Kenya Randall Rocha completed her Masters of Education and Community Counseling from Drake University. Kenya is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist, an Approved EMDR Consultant, a NBCC Nationally Certified Counselor and a CCE Approved Clinical Supervisor. As owner and Executive Director of MOSAIC FAMILY Counseling Center Inc., Kenya provides supervision for those working toward independent licensure as well as consultation for EMDR Basic Training and EMDR Certified Therapist status for EMDR clinicians.

Kenya has worked in the Des Moines community for over 25 years, continuing clinical practice in providing services to families, children, couples and individual adults. As an EMDR therapist Kenya has a strong commitment to treating trauma in individuals, couples and families.She is fluent in Spanish and English and provides treatment to many Hispanic individuals as well as having worked in many communities with culturally diverse populations. She is a member of EMDRIA, American Counseling Association, American Psychological Association, the American Mental Health Counselors Association and the American Mental Health Counselors Association.

Kenya has experience as a foster parent and has worked with children and families in the child welfare system for the past 18 years. Kenya is considered a developmental and parenting expert and provides presentations on parenting and development of foster children for the local foster and adoptive parenting association.
