As a client centered therapist I know you are the expert in your life. I strive to build a genuine and healing relationship that supports safety and comfort between us. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in successful therapy, and work to understand your life from a holistic perspective combining complimentary methods like relational therapy and EMDR.

I love being able to have you share your thoughts, share your experience, and watch as you gain new perspectives on what may be holding you back from a more fulfilling and meaningful life.  My experience has given me opportunities to work with people in many different life situations. I know my knowledge is constantly improved by my client’s experiences and growth. With this, I combine best practice and research-based psychotherapy interventions to help people work toward healing and connection.
